I have a store credit to use – can this be used online anywhere?
Unfortunately our in-store credit notes can’t be used in our online stores. If your credit note expires during our closure period we will happily extend/replace it for you.
I need to return an item purchased from Service Denim recently. How do I organise this?
At the moment our Service Denim Store locations are closed to make sure we look after the health of our customers and teams. Because of this we are extending our returns and exchanges policy to be valid from 21 days after the stores reopen.
Can I contact someone about a product or recent purchase from Service Denim?
