How can I place my order?

Please navigate to your desired product. Select the Add To Bag button and then in the top right hand corner the mini bag will appear to take you to your cart. Once in the cart hit the Checkout button and you will be taken to a page to enter your discount code (Buy 3, Get 30% Off With Code SALE30) and then enter your delivery details and payment details to complete your purchase.

 

How do I get the bulk discount?

Please add 3 pairs of jeans to your cart. Once you've proceeded to checkout please enter code SALE30 at checkout to receive 30% off your order. Happy shopping!

 

What sizes are your samples?

All womens sizes are a 26/8. All mens sizes are a 32/M.

 

Can I select the wash of my denim?

As each of our samples are unique, there may be slight differences between the photo and the garment. 

 

Will you be getting any re-stocks?

We strongly recommend to avoid any disappointment to place your order before your chosen style sells out. We cannot guarantee any restocks of products currently available online now. 

 

Help, I need to make a change to my order?

Unfortunately after your order is placed we are unable to make any changes to it. Please be extra careful when entering your details at checkout.

 

When will my order be shipped?

We will aim to have your order dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your order from us.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $10 within Australia. 

 

How long will shipping take?

All orders are shipped with standard shipping and may take between 2-10 days after dispatch depending on your location.

 

What is your returns policy?

All purchases are final, no returns or exchanges are available on the items unless deemed faulty.
